Great apartment as described very clean and convenient, despite some work in the neighboring apartment this is very quiet. Olaf was very warm and attentive when i had questions.I recommend.

Kimmo´s communication was very precise and timely and left no doubts about anything. The location of the apartment is fantastic - just 20-30 meters from Åre Torg and 50 meters from the old train going up to the mountain. Alternatively only 150 meters walk to the lift system.Everything needed was present in a very nice way in the apartment.We have been in Åre several times now for skiing and this is definitely an apartment, we would love to go back to on another trip.

A great apartment to rest at after exploring Stockholm! The bed was super comfy! The kitchen was stocked with essentials to make quick meals if you don't want to eat out. A great location and I was honestly really shocked with how quite it was!

Nice place and easy communication with host

Pontus svarade snabbt när jag hade någon fundering. Boendet funkade roppen under min vecka i Åre. Det var lungt och stilla vilket jag uppskattade. Jag skulle gärna återvända. // Linda.

Lägenheten var toppen och såg ut precis som på bilderna. Den var perfekt för 2 personer som bor en kortare tid. Framförallt var läget toppen då man mer eller mindre satte på sig skidorna utanför dörren och gled ner till liften. Ett otroligt prisvärt boende som var precis vad man väntade sig. Rent, fräscht trevligt och med vacker utsikt. Lagom avstånd till byn också. Vi gick ner till byn och åt middag varje dag utan problem och den lilla promenaden tog ca 5-10 minuter. Jag kan absolut rekommendera detta boende och kommer absolut se om det är ledigt nästa gång jag åker till Åre.

Travelled in March 2023 with our 2 small children for more than a week- during a snow storm!This apartment is beautiful, in a wonderful location in Gamla Stan close to the palace, about a block from the water and the ferries to take you to Djurgarden for museums and sights. Tons of coffee places and darling shops on the same block. So lovely. With children, we loved that the apartment had a washer/dryer, a bathtub, a pack and play, a highchair, and a fully equipped kitchen. It felt like a home away from home. The nearest grocery store is a small Coop (grocery chain) about a 7 min walk away. Overall, a very comfortable apartment in a great location!

Väldigt bra lägenhet och trevlig bemötande.

Perfect little apartment for one or two people on a skiing trip. There is a direct access to the Tottliften on the 4th floor making it so easy to come and go with the skis and boots.The apartment is well equiped and clean. Recommend 100%.

Property was great, very spacious and extremely well presented with a high standard of cleanliness throughout. The location as well is top notch, being within short walking distance of the metro and right on the doorstep of a number of amazing bars, restaurants and cafes. The host was very clear and proactive with providing instructions and liaising house rules so there was never any confusion about the check-in or the sort of standard that was expected, solid stuff.A couple things to note is that there were a number of rules for the stay such as no music, quiet time after 10pm and so on which, while not an issue for us, might be a turn-off for some. Make sure you're okay with following such rules before you book. Another note is that the wifi signal on the router is quite weak and does not adequately span the entire property, including the living room and some bedrooms. Again, not a major issue for us as we all had good data plans to fall back on but is worth mentioning.

The apartment in Södermalm is in an excellent location, it was very close to the school we visited. It is also close to public transport, shops and restaurants. It was really warm which was perfect in the unusually cold March weather. The communication with Elias was fast and everything was solved immediately. the place is essentally good for a longer stay too. There was an issue with the kitchen (the electric oven and and dishwasher did not work) and the washig machine (we could not start it). All in all I definitely recommend the place for a stay in Stockholm's centre.
