Apartment within a very large apartment block on the southeast corner of Södermalm, in a peaceful residential neighborhood about 15 minutes from the Skanstull Metro. The area is very quiet and the building features a supermarket right in front. Currently, minor renovation work is being carried out in the building (February 2025), but apart from the last day, hardly any noise is heard. The apartment is spacious enough for a couple; however, four people might find it a bit cramped since there is only one room serving as a bedroom with a double bed and a living area with a sofa bed. The kitchen has somewhat dated furnishings but is fully functional, and while the bathroom may not be particularly stylish, it is comfortable.

we had such a lovely stay here. the apartment was cosy with comfortable beds, great shower and had everything we needed. bus stop was right outside and it was next to a supermarket, we also felt very safe. would definitely recommend :)

Nice and tidy place. Clear instructions and good communication with Oluf! I absolutely recommend the place!

Clean apartment, great location.

Nothing to complain. Good communication with the host and clean apartment.

Quiet and peaceful at a good price. Easy to get to the city center.

Small and cozy apartment in an amazing location. Bed was very comfortable. But I find 10AM check-out time to be too brutal, at least till 11AM would be more humane.

Perfect location near the station, with an elevator and restaurants nearby 👍
