Both The trash can in the kitchenette and the refrigerator had a horrible smell when we first arrived. The smell went off the following day with aeration.Other than that, everything was perfect! The apartment is big enough, the location is nice, a bit far from city centre but very well connected, the beds were very comfortable and the check in process was so easy. I will definitely stay there next time I am in Stockholm.

Ubytování bylo v pořádku až na to, že jsme dostali špatný kód dovnitř a hodinu jsme se nemohli dostat na ubytování. Díky skvělé uklizečce jsme však problém vyřešili.

Very cozy apartment, with everything you need, really enjoyed our stay. The access to the apartment and instructions were simple and Frederik is a super host!!

To summarize, I think this is a fantastic place to stay. It’s incredibly close to Gamla Stan/ Södermalm. Scooters are great & there’s parking nearby. I think it’s important to fully immerse yourself in the country you’re staying in, so I did not mind the bathroom or the size of the space. Disclaimers:- If you get cold easily, you might struggle. It’s cold & the portable heater does very little. I was fine though! Just bundled up with my clothes & socks.- The walls are thin, this might be a thing here. I just took melatonin and slept through it fine! One recommendation:- Better pillows, they were flat & a throw/blanket would’ve made my experience 100%. Overall fantastic experience & would recommend!

Great stay! The apartment is scandi chic at its best and well placed in Södermalm, near good restaurants and bars (can recommend Tonari ramen and Mikkeller).

Location was amazing, close to metro. The house was quite cozy and kitchen was well furnished. Extra pillows, blanket everything. Thanks a lot to Olof for all detailed instructions.We enjoyed our stay.

Apartment is perfect for one person, clean and quite, with good location. Easy to reach everything either by foot or by metro. Yes, the shower is small, but it has its charm. Would definitely stay there again.

its the perfect appartment for a short trip to stockholm. size is adequate for 2 people and so is the price!bathroom is quite small but absolutely fine. kitchen has been well equipped and bed was very comfy! the area is very quite even though there are lots of restaurants cafes and bakeries just arround the corner! elias did reply within a fiew minutes and i feel that if we would have had some questions he could have helped immediately. also the place was absolutely clean. we did really enjoy!! thanks again for letting us stay

The house has the most comfy bed 🛌 also extremly clean. Olof was very helpful and easy to reach even on weekend. There is bus and train station near to house but I mostly used uber to go city center. To go city center with uber takes 20 minutes and the cost is 15-20 euro. I enjoyed to stay there!

Enjoyed a month long stay at this lovely apartment in central Stockholm in a quiet neighborhood not far from the action. Quite a few reviews have commented on the small size of the unit, but I personally felt that the size was perfect for 2 to 3 people with one exception, and that is the bathroom. I've lived in NYC apartments for years so am accustomed to small spaces, but this bathroom may be the smallest I've been in. It suited two of us just fine for a month but there isn't much room in the bathroom itself to get ready. That was done in the bedrooms or hallway. If you are above average in size, you will struggle with the shower stall and I'd recommend a different unit. Otherwise, I found the apartment quite lovely and after adjusting some of the contents in the hall closet there was amble space to hang clothing and store other items. Andreas was very timely in his responses to our questions and sent a handyman over quickly when there was an issue with the door handle. The only other thing to note is that there aren't many towels or linens provided so you may have to ask for more. For example, we were provided one towel per person for a month stay as that is their standard, but when we requested additional items they were happily provided. In summary, this is a very charming, quiet, lovely apartment that was perfect for our month long stay. If you want to walk out your doorstep and be in the action this may not be the place for you, but if you don't mind a 20 minute walk, or a short bus/uber ride, this place is great.

This is a very cute and tidy apartment with everything you need! I got very detailed and helpful advice from the host before I arrived and everything worked out really well. Since this is an old house, you might be able to hear the neighbors on the corridor from time to time. However, the nights were very quiet! Would love to book this again! :)

Nice little apartment for a good price. Everything you need for a short stay in Åre :) The check in was a bit confusing and the map location for the lockbox was not entirely clear. But other than that, no other remarks.

The place is clean, modern, owner responds fast when we have to trouble shoot some things, let us checked in 20 mins early, the pictures and directions are fool proof, near the bus station and allowed us for easy travel despite of the heavy luggages that we have to haul. An electric kettle will be convenient, but I don’t know about Sweden if it’s a thing here coming from Canada. It’s an easy fix though, just boil water from a pot! Haha! Thanks Olaf, and will recommend your place and other listings to family/friends when they visit Stockholm. =)
