Voor ons dient een kamer op air b&b slechts om te slapen en een douche te nemen. Het belangrijkste is dan ook de ligging. Deze is in dit geval super! Pal in centrum in doodlopende rustige straat, dicht bij metro en groot busstation Slussen, vandaar raak je werkelijk overal. De douche had perfect warm water, was klein, maar eerlijk beschreven op de advertentie, dus geen probleem. In het gebouw hebben wij niks van lawaai gehoord, misschien waren we er alleen? Er gingen overal aan de trap van die sleutelkastjes, gemakkelijk systeem voor de sleuteloverdracht. Voor de toekomst zouden we deze kamer nogmaals boeken indien we zouden terugkomen

Die Unterkunft besticht durch ihren kleinen aber feinen Raumschnitt, auch befindet sich die Wohnung in einer sehr zentralen Lage und vieles Unternehmungen fußläufig erreichbar. In unmittelbarer Nähe befindet sich auch die U-Bahnstation Slussen.Diverse Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und Restaurants/Cafés sind in direkter Nähe zu finden.Das Bad Ist minimalistisch und klein gehalten und ist ein All-In-one Room und Anfangs etwas gewöhnungsbedürftig.Leider wurde die Tür zwischen Haustür und Wohnbereich entfernt, somit hört man morgens die halbe Nachbarschaft vom Bett aus.Die Wohnung verfügt außerdem über eine Pantry-Küche und einen Flachbildfernseher,den man über drahtlose Verbindung nutzen kann.(Nur geeignet mit Laptop/ iPad und leider keinen Chromecast)Im Haus gibt es auch die Möglichkeit seine Wäsche zu waschen.Das Check-in war kinderleicht und zu jeder Tageszeit durch ein digitales Zahlungschloss an der Haustür und Keller möglich, auch beim Haustürschlüssel.

Really great place to stay when skiing in Åre!

I have lived in Stockholm for many years previously, so was looking for a walkable location to live at, while visiting on business. The location is SPECTACULAR! At the heart of old city.The apartment was very easy to access, keyless lock is a huge advantage and super easy to use.The wifi was very good, the apartment squeaky clean, spacious and comfortable. Washer and dryer in the bathroom as well. A huge advantage! Had all the amenities mentioned and all the kitchen supplies needed, if one would like to cook :) The host was very helpful, clear, responsive and friendly.Thank you, I had a great stay with absolutely no complains!

Stayed here skiing for 1 week (March 2023). Good for staying 2 people.Pros:- Great location = ski in / out- Quiet enoughCons:- Checkin at 4 PM, checkout at 10 AM without any option to extra pay for slightly change itImportant in case staying there:If you don't have a car - use the funicular for transportation; it's just 100 meters from the entrance. Free of charge. Simplify to/from the apartment especially if you moving with luggage or heavily loaded from the supermarket. It's worth mentioning it in a detailed way in the welcome letter

The commute to the city was really easy with busstops only 4 monutes away and the appartment was clean and spaceious with a very comfi couch.

We had a great stay in this apartment! There is a skiing bridge right from the building to the ski lift, and the city center is a short walk away and you can take the bergbana if you carry luggage or groceries. The apartment has a beautiful view and a small kitchen which is sufficient to cook meals but doesn’t have an oven. We’d recommend staying here!

Mysig och funktionell lägenhet med bra läge och fin utsikt. Smidigt ta sig till Tottliften och snabb promenad till ner till byn. Snabba svar och tydlig info från Kimmo.

We liked the apartment very much but there was no blind in the smaller bedroom and hence was impossible to sleep beyond 7 am because the sun hit in your face. Hope Elias repares that.

All good for a few days stay. Smooth communication and clear instructions.
