Nice apartmant, not far away from city center The apartment was clean, the kitchen had basic equipment, but it would be good to add a dish rack. Communication with the hosts was pleasant. Approximately 12 minutes from the metro station by walk, bus stop near the apartment, store nearby. I definitely recommend.

We stayed one night in this apartment and found that none of the rooms matches pictures listing on Airbnb, except for the bathroom. The bedroom, in particular, was a huge disappointment. We had booked an apartment with a luxurious bed, cozy decor with pillows etc, and a spacious room according to the 6 pictures of the room, but arrived to find a small, plain white room with a basic and unattractive bed. It was those pictures that got us hooked to rent the apartment. The apartment itself is spacious and very well located in Södermalm, host company answers nice and fast, and the price is fair. However, the strict check-in and check-out rules seem designed only to make extra money from guests. It’s not possible to check in before 4 PM due to cleaning — yet you must check out by 10 AM, as the cleaners arrive at 10:05! Also note that you are required to provide a lot of additional personal information after booking.

Stayed for 6 nights and honestly loved every minute! The place was super cozy, clean, and had everything we needed. The upper studios have amazing views — definitely worth it. The location’s great too — bus 55 and the ferry are right there and get you to the city centre in under 15 minutes. Such a chill and comfy spot, I’d 100% stay here again! 🫶🏻

Perfect! Lovely, spacious and clean apartment.

Pleasant stay at Andreas’s place. The apartment is a bit thin-walled but located in a quiet neighborhood. I would have appreciated a TV or a microwave, but overall I’m happy with my stay. It’s not far from a lovely forest setting with a scenic viewpoint if you enjoy walking. I recommend it!

Experience met expectations. Reccomend. Good location, close to SL tram stop for transfer to down town Stockholm. Most famous museums, places of interest are located only within few or several stops and only 2-3 changes away. Nice and clean rooms. Washer and mini kitchen. Air recuperation system operated.

Everything is clear and accessible. All information was provided in advance, so there was time to absorb it. Managing the apartment is straightforward and intuitive.

This was a perfect place to stay — both the apartment and the location were excellent. It was especially helpful that there were free-to-use washing machines and dryers on the ground floor of the building. The apartment was clean, and the kitchen had everything we needed. Although the microwave was placed quite high and a bit difficult to reach, we had no major issues using the kitchen. A tabletop stove was also provided. As other reviewers have mentioned, there was a slight odor coming from the bathroom drain, but I assume this is due to the building itself and may be unavoidable. Also related to the building, the elevator is very small. If you have large luggage, it may not fit. We had to fold our stroller to use the elevator, and it could only hold up to three adults at most. I would definitely love to stay here again the next time I visit Stockholm. Great apartment for a long weekend! Very clean and the bed was comfortable. The electronic key was easy to use and very handy. Perfect location with all the Sofo restaurants and shops nearby. And just a few blocks from the nearest Tunnelbana station!
