The apartment itself was beautiful, in a great location, and very fairly priced. It became clear that the building hosts several Airbnb units, which makes you wonder how this kind of setup is affecting the housing market in Stockholm. It doesn’t really feel in line with what Airbnb was originally about.I should have read the description and reviews more carefully when choosing but was swooned by the images which don’t lie — everything is lovely and everything worked great, but it lacked any personal touch or warmth. Speaking of warmth: DO bring thick socks and sweaters. The apartment was definitely on the colder side. I only had a tiny bag, so despite the warning, was unable to pack much else, and took a few extra hot showers to warm up my core. But again, the apartment and location is TOP Stunning. Olaf is also very communicative, as he should be, as it is his actual job. :)

Great location, less than 3 minutes away from the subway and 10 minutes from the central station. Perfect for a short stay.

Andreas' apartment was exactly how we expected. Very clean, stylish and cosy. It was very peaceful during the day and at night time. The temperature inside was perfect and easily adjustable. The kitchen also provided many tools to cook daily. Everything looks brand new. It's at a walking distance of many shops, bakeries, cafés, and restaurants. And public transport as well. Gamla Stan is also very close, we went there by walk in a sunny morning and it was perfect. All the information provided to arrive from the airport or for the check in, check out and the stay were easy to follow.Thank you for having us

A bit far from the metro, the pillows were uncomfortable. There are not enough cups, there is a scale but not enough cups, why?

We had a pleasant stay at the accommodation. The apartment is good for a weekend, but due to its size, I would not recommend it for longer stays. However, the size is accurately described and corresponds to everything. I must mention, however, that the fuse often tripped while cooking, which meant we could only use one burner.

nice and cozy apartement, very central (about 20min by foot from haga, with public transport station just outside), some parking spaces nearby, has everything you need. be aware that the bed consists of two small 80cm beds put together so if alone you will most likely roll into the gap in the middle, if a couple, cuddling is uncomfortable. unfortunately they had some roadworks done during the night so it was quite loud, but that isnt the hosts fault of course. all surrounding neighbours are airbnbs too, so hard to say anything about neighbour-noise, that depends on the guests.

Beautiful apartment in a stunning location. One of the best Airbnbs I’ve stayed in. Lovely designer furniture, comfortable beds, gorgeous light and extremely quiet. Everything was spotlessly clean. Would love to stay there again.

We enjoyed our stay in Stockholm, Sweden.The apartment is spacious, comfortable, bright, and well-equipped. The connectivity is very good, both by bus and by subway; the Gardet station is just a few blocks away. I’ve been staying once per month at Andrea’s properties and this one has been so far the best.Laundry machine, WiFi, quick access to it.Don’t know why people has been even complaining about the bed, my daughter and were really pleased by the apartment.Definitely coming back

Great stay, a bit of construction going on early mornings, but overall was nice and clean. A bus takes you to the city right outside the flat as well

We spent a few days in Stockholm. The apartment’s location is really good; with bus and train, you can reach lovely spots within 20 minutes. The apartment looks just like in the photos. The only issue was the shower—it was a bit confusing as the entire floor gets flooded while showering, but it could be worse. Otherwise, the stay was excellent.
