Mooie ruimte, wel compact. Er zijn veel mogelijkheden om in het centrum van de stad te komen doormiddel van het openbaar vervoer. Veder een mooi schoon appartement met makkelijke instructies.

Le logement est très bien placé et bien accessible que ce soit en voiture ou par les transports en commun. Le stationnement d’une voiture est plus compliqué en raison des contraintes de stationnement propres à la ville de StockholmBeaucoup de stations de recharge électrique pour voitures. Le bâtiment manque totalement de charme mais est parfait pour se loger en famille ou en couple. La cuisine manque un peu d’équipement comme d’un grille pain. La literie est très confortable.

We were very satisfied with the apartment. It was clean and spacious enough for four people.The neighborhood is pleasant and nice, shops and cafes nearby, many playgrounds for children. It was very convenient to come from Arlanda airport, the bus basically stops in front of the house. Would definitely stay there again!

We had a truly magical stay at Fredrick’s apartment which has so much history and charm and is beautifully furnished. The location is in walking distance to so many local sights and we felt immediately at home.

房间宽敞，我们抵达的时候楼下在施工，不过并不影响夜间休息。卫生间很大，但是通风不好，容易有臭味。卧室的床和客厅的沙发床都很舒适。楼下有76路公交车可以通往市中心。

This apartment is spacious and beautiful! We loved that it was modern and practical while retaining lots of the charm of a 1600's building. It is supremely located in Gamla Stan (Old Town) with fantastic restaurants, cafes, museums and more practically right outside the door. The kitchen is well-equipped and the home was very clean. Much of Stockholm is easily walkable from the location and the whole city is reasonably accessible with subway and bus access nearby. Great for larger families and we would stay again in a heartbeat! Communication was good and when we had an issue with the door lock, Elias and team were very responsive and resolved it with urgency. Check-in and check-out were very easy.To note: 3rd floor, no elevator and spiraling stone staircase that may be difficult for some, especially with luggage. Taxis may not drive to the front door, particularly for pick-up, so let them know you if that is necessary (ie. lots of luggage) when you call for one.

This flat is located in a very historic area of Stockholm and very walkable to everything. I highly recommend this place if you want a truly unique experience. Please note that the 3 floors of windy stairs are not for the less mobile or physically able (especially with luggage). Beds were comfortable and shower was great. Washing machine and dryer was an added convenience. I worked for a few days and found WiFi great for zoom calls. There was also a great setup with monitor and printer if needed. I reached out for assistance a couple of times and found Elias incredibly responsive and helpful. He’s a wonderful host. I can’t wait to go back!!!

Très bon rapport qualité prix. Bien situé, accessible à pied du métro. Commerces à proximité. Possibilité de se baigner et de bronzer juste au pied de l'immeuble. Très silencieux. Il y a une chambre pour 3 personnes, le 4e couchage est dans le salon. On recommande.

Nice and cosy apartment in a good location! Only a short metro ride away from the old town with trains running very frequently and in a friendly and quiet neighbourhood. Ideal for 2 people for a couple of days - it might be a bit small for a longer stay or more than 2 people.

Olaf's place was wonderfully located, comfortable, and met all our needs. You'll love it. The app based key system was a bit tricky at first, but the host was responsive in getting it to work. Stockholm was amazing!

Lovely quiet island with swimming spots, but just a short bus ride to the city centre.

This would be a 5 star review if it wasn’t for a major flaw in the bathroom. The positives: the apartment is beautiful and functional. We felt comfortable staying here as a family of three. Its location is great - in a quiet neighbourhood with easy transport links. The place was clean and the hosts were responsive. We would have been extremely happy if it weren’t for the bathroom. Essentially, the bathroom isn’t plumbed properly, so the waste water from the sink goes onto the shower floor. More problematic, however, is that the bath isn’t plumbed in, so the waste water drains into the shower plug hole underneath it. However, the water doesn’t drain properly so the bathroom floods every time you have a shower/bath. Debris from the plug hole also rises so the floor gets dirty as well. We raised this issue with the owners and were told people would come to inspect the problem but no one ever came during our week-long stay. This was disappointing, especially given the price of the flat.

Skvělé spojení autobusem přímo do centra města. Obchod s potravinami hned naproti. Umístění studia v rámci Stockholmu je perfektní. Mohu doporučit. Klidná a bezpečná čtvrť. I přes probíhající stavbu nové stanice metra.

Wir waren sieben Nächte in der Wohnung. Sie ist sehr ordentlich, sauber und gut gepflegt. In unmittelbarer Nähe sind Bushaltestellen, so dass man schnell im Zentrum war. Gleich gegenüber ist ein Coop. Die Küche ist ausreichend ausgestattet.Von der Küche hat man einen schönen Blick in den Park. Leider ist unmittelbar vor der Wohnung eine Großbaustelle. Das war uns jedoch vorher bekannt. Wenn der Baustellenlärm aufgrund der gut verglasten Fenster nur unterschwellig zu hören war, gab es doch zeitweilig Erschütterungen.Der Wohnkomplex war etwas befremdlich anonym. Insgesamt waren wir jedoch sehr zufrieden.

Very clean, comfortable and newly renovated place. It’s located very close to two subway stations which makes trips to the city center very convenient. I will absolutely return next time I’m in Stockholm! Highly recommended place for anyone that wants peace and quiet, yet close to Stockholm city centre by subway :)
