Overall I had a good stay, I would however say the environment is not necessarily 'cosy' and a little clinical. The photos of the sleeping area weren't really met with linen and pillows etc but that wasn't too much of an issue. The communication with Olof was fine and easily understood but it was mainly automated, I get the feeling it's quite a big operation in the building and it was impersonal than my other Airbnb experiences. The spot was great and in the end it did tick all the boxes.

I had a great time staying with Olof. The apartment is clean, tidy, with a large modern bathroom. It was very cosy and did the job for a long weekend stay with a family member. Thanks!

Very comfortable apartment located in heart of Gamla Stan. Nice to be able to make your own breakfast and lunch for a change. At 100 m from good bakery! Only the noise early in the morning (street cleaning, rubbish collection) was a bit disturbing. Definitely a good choice to book this flat!

Nice, modern, clean flat in a lovely neighbourhood in the centre of town. The building’s a former hospital and has an odd feel to it, and the lift has a life of its own. Nevertheless, we were happy with the experience.

We liked the place, it was clean, well located, and the instructions for check-in and check-out were clear. Around the apartment there was a nice area to relax and have a walk by the water. At the time there was a food festival happening in the neighbourhood that made the location even better. Grocery store is just across the street and there are bars and coffee places in the neighbourhood. City center could be reached by direct bus, if you enjoy walking you could also walk and enjoy the city to get to the center. The apartment itself was nicely designed, clean, and towels and bed sheets were provided. The kitchen was equipped as described. For cleaning the dishes it could be helpful if the landlord had provided sponges. but it was not a big problem.Overall we were happy with this stay and recommend it.

Great stay

The place was clean and spacious. Moreover, had a nice balcony. The apt has all you might need and the host gave us the choice of a late check out for a fee, good option for whoever had late flights. The bus stop is next to the apt. and the metro stop is like 15 minutes walking distance. There is a supermarket across the street and restaurants within walking distance. You can walk to the popular area in Södermalm with restaurants, cafes and some shopping. The area felts safe. The instructions to enter the property were clear and he was responsive.

Excellent location and communicative host. Note that the entrance door can be tricky to lock and unlock, so review the information sent by the host in advance. If you need the sofa bed set up, you will need to do this yourself with extra bed linen in the closet. The unit is on the ground floor. Ventilation requires opening the windows, which does let in noise from the courtyard if it is being used by any of the neighbours. This place is located at the edge of the beautiful Haga neighbourhood of Gothenburg, with access to quite a few restaurants and picturesque cobblestone streets, ideal to use as a base from which to explore!

Logement agréable et facile d'accès, mais petit pour 3. Nombreux équipements électroménagers malgré la taille. Dommage qu'il manquait de vaisselle : aucun couteau d'office, seulement 2 petites cuillères, un seul et mini plat pour le four.

Lovely place. Felt very safe and comfortable. Elias is great; very helpful and responsive. The place is tranquil. A few areas for improvement: brighter lighting, a microwave and better shower curtain. But overall everything else made up for those few things. Would highly recommend.

Skvělé ubytování v těsné blízkosti hromadné dopravy, kterou se jednoduše dostanete do centra, hezké a bezpečné okolí kousek od vody, čisté a hezké bydlení, všechno proběhlo hlasce, majitel odepisuje téměř hned a je milý, vychází vstříc, velmi dobrá komunikace. Děkujeme a rádi se někdy vrátíme :)

Everything was very clean, a very beautiful island where there is an apartment, the entrance was with a code, so everyone could return whenever they wanted. Parking is free on weekends.

En väl fungerade bostad med fantastisk utsikt och ett härligt lugn. Bilder stämde väl överens med lägenhetens utformning. Kommer gärna tillbaka!

Das Preisleistungsverhältnis ist gut, es gibt alles was man braucht. Das Bad war allerdings nicht ganz sauber und das Gebäude sehr hellhörig, aber sonst hat alles gut gepasst.

Prima uitvalsbasis voor gezin om Stockholm te bezoeken. Voor 5 personen wel jammer dat er slechts 1 slaapkamer is en de anderen in living moeten slapen. Prima host.

The accommodation was clean and functional. It is located on the ground floor of an apartment building in a quiet residential area. There seem to be several Air Bnbs in the house itself. The public transport to the city center is good. The communication with the host was always pleasant, but also quite impersonal due to standard messages.
