Our stay was truly fantastic! The location was perfect for us, and after day trips it always felt like coming home. The sofa bed was also a great solution, so everyone could sleep comfortably—spread across three different bedrooms. The kitchen was very well equipped, everything else was clean, and communication was flawless throughout. We also appreciated that there was no TV—it gave us the perfect chance for a bit of a digital detox. At times we would have enjoyed having a small radio, but that’s really just a minor wish rather than a real criticism. All in all, we’re extremely happy and would love to come back anytime!

Great apartment with perfect location to walk into and explore Stockholm

It was excellent. It was quiet, the parking was more convenient than I expected, and the bed was quite comfortable too.

The flat is located in a good location and run by an agency, so there are always people available to deal with issues.

Apartment in a very quiet area. There aren’t many shops nearby, but it’s well connected by metro and bus. Nice, cosy decor. Just a heads-up: there’s no TV, no washing machine, and a few basic kitchen utensils were missing. The main area to improve is communication: as soon as the booking was confirmed, we received 5–6 automated messages with a lot of information (often repeated), including quite a few points that felt obvious. As a result, the important details get lost in the flood of messages. And almost as soon as we arrived (for a 3-day stay), we received a message telling us to start getting ready… to leave! It made us feel a bit like we were in the way. It didn’t feel very welcoming, which is a shame—it's not really the Airbnb spirit.
