Nice apartment in a pleasant neighborhood, ideal for 3 people and easy to reach from central Stockholm. But the host’s long list of strict rules and threat of fines felt excessive—especially when the apartment wasn’t fully prepared (missing beds on arrival). It took 90 minutes to resolve, making us late for dinner. At checkout, I was told to bring all linens and trash to the front door, which felt a bit petty. If guests are expected to follow such detailed rules, the host should meet that same standard. The experience lacked balance. My advice to the host: worry less about policing guests, and more about delivering a seamless stay. On a positive note, the person who came to help that night was a total professional—please take good care of him ✿

Really lovely stay in the apartment. The space was bigger than expected, with a separate kitchen/dining space. Great appliances, coffee machine was an added extra, and very glad there was a fan in the living room as it was quite hot, even though we turned off the radiators and opened the windows. Was a bit hesitant about Parakey, but it worked really well (just take a phone charger with you if you’re out for the day!) and grateful to also have access to the laundry room to do a wash of clothes. Apartment’s in a great location, close to pubs/coffee shops/restaurants, supermarket (ICA is GREAT!) and close to the metro. Clear guide inside the flat with more recommendations and generally really great, comfy stay! Thanks!

Great place.

The space was clean & felt generous, and the location was good with lively bars and cafes and a pleasant walk into the town centre. The property is essentially an aparthotel rather than a more typical airbnb and the circulation zones are still protected for building work. The construction was clearly noted, but commencing at 7am was not great for our family, though a bigger issue (though possibly incidental) was repeated fire alarms both during the night and in the mornings, which unfortunately left us very poorly rested.

Had a great stay at Andrea’s. The neighborhood is very quiet, easily reachable by public transport, and close to the city center. I’m planning to return to Stockholm and stay with Andrea again.

The accommodation itself was great and beautiful, but unfortunately it wasn’t very suitable for our group of eight. Additionally, we only received information about the 75-decibel noise limit two days before our stay—a detail that could have influenced our booking decision. We hesitated to play music or speak at a normal volume, as the neighbors even knocked on our door while we were having dinner.

We would stay there again.
