Andreas's Airbnb is located in a new building and also a good location. Even though there is new condo construction outside the interior is very quiet with the windows closed. The room is very small, but it has a typical Swedish minimalist design that is very functional.There are 2 washers and 2 dryers in the basement that make long stays more manageable. However, like my last stay one washer and one dryer need repair. Overall Andreas's Airbnb is a good Aparthotel alternative. Donald

Great apartment—cozy and clean. Very close to the metro, making it easy to get into central Stockholm. I definitely recommend it.

Would 100% come back to this place, amazing location to walk into central or to the surrounding parks and woodlands and to the local supermarkets. The place was homey and clean and had everything we needed for the trip. Excellent host, great communication and instructions! Thank you!

Nice apartment in a quiet area in Sodermalm, but still an easy walk to cafes, bars and the old town.

Exactly as described. The apartment is small and can be noisy -- just like it says in the description -- and it puts you right in the Old Town (Gamla Stan)., close to most of the major sites in Stockholm. It's three blocks from the Gamla Stan subway stop and a short walk to the Slussen ferry that goes to the Vasa Museum, Nordic Museum, and Skansen. It has a fridge, a microwave, and an electric kettle for heating water. The apartment is on street level and opens to a small courtyard. If the blinds are up, people can see directly into the apartment, so I left the blinds down, which makes it dark, but private. It's equipped for two people, but that would likely be more difficult given the small amount of space -- whereas it was great for one person. Communication with William was easy and the door lock mobile app was simple once you do it. All in all, tiny and noisy at times, but a great place in the middle of Stockholm Old Town! Five stars!
