The apartment itself was fine and clean, but when we arrived the toilet was completely broken. It was clear that someone had already tried to fix it earlier, so the host was likely aware of the issue, yet we were not informed in advance. We had to contact the host and wait for a technician, and even after the repair the toilet still did not work properly. A functioning toilet is a basic necessity, so this significantly affected our stay. Other than this the location is perfect for pretty much everything you would want to do in Åre. The ladder for the upper beds was kinda sketchy.

Beautiful cozy apartment in the cool neighborhood of Södermalm. It's in a beautiful old building, quite small but with very stylish furniture, tiny bathroom and very well equipped kitchen. It's perfect for a couple or 2 friends. Since the building is old so you can hear the neighbors upstairs or the very but very cool old elevator. The neighborhood is very nice with lots of shops, bars and restaurants. It's easy to get to by bus from the central train station or old town. Checkin was easy with the app we were told to use so we could checking our selves with no problem and communication was easy and friendly.

Great apartment that was clean, comfortable, and exactly as described. The only minor issues were no microwave and the heater in one room wasn’t working quite well, but otherwise everything was perfect.

It was a bit of a shame that they didn’t offer flexible check-in times, but it was still a nice place to stay.

We had a really lovely stay in this apartment! Södermalm is a super trendy neighborhood with great shops, restaurants, and coffee spots. Everything is within walking distance, and the метро is also just around the corner. The apartment was spacious and clean, and it had everything you need. Sometimes there was an unpleasant sewer smell coming from the bathroom—this was the only minor downside.

Overall, it was a good stay with solid facilities. The experience could be improved with the addition of a TV. The main bedroom lights were not working, so the room was quite dim and only lit by a lamp. The heating in the flat was also minimal. That said, the bedding was comfortable and the furniture was appropriate for the space.

Well-located studio, ideal for a short stay.

Very nice apartment! We had a wonderful winter sports holiday here with our family, and after a day of skiing it was great to relax in the apartment. The sauna was also really enjoyable.We did find it a little unusual that there are no curtains for the large windows opposite the sauna area—especially since it’s next to a walking path where people pass by regularly.It’s also good to be aware that the walk back from the village to the apartment is quite steep. This is clearly mentioned in the listing, and the free little train is a great solution.

Great place to stay, close to the метро if you want to explore the city. Highly recommended!
