The apartment is perfect, clean, ideally located, and very pleasant for a stay in the city.However, the booking process is too complicated, and the documents requested by the host (selfie, ID photos, etc.) are excessive! I understand the need for security, but this feels over the top, and I don’t see what legitimate grounds the host has to require so much personal data from guests.

Williams place in oldtown was amazing. We were 5 adults and loved the location, between the water and most charming walkable streets. Even though we had problems with hot water and the quality of the shower, William and Simon were extremely responsive. Bedrooms are large and spacious. We didn’t use the living space downstairs but really enjoyes the large dining room. We had a fabulous time in Stockholm. Enjoy your trip!

Good accommodation in a great location. As described, it can be quite noisy at times, especially by the trash bins even early in the morning, but otherwise everything was great.

The location, space and beds are great. The kitchen isn’t very well equipped. Bare minimum of glasses, cutlery and plates. No bread knife or knifes etc I found the hosting service to be annoying. The apartment is entered with an e-key. To get access, you need to upload a photo of your id and a selfie to their platform. I don’t love sharing my id with people and companies I don’t know in general, in this case the form didnt work and I got stuck in a communication loop with a bot referring me back to the same thing. Check-in is late (16), check-out early (10) with no flexibility unless you’re willing to spend another 500 SEK. Instructions are written for an audience of rowdy hostel guests and they are pretty firm in continuously asking for a five star review.
