Great stay at Kim’s! Skiing possible from the front door. Very comfortable flat and bed. Kitchen well equipped. Drying rack was out of order and no washing machine as mentioned in other reviews (Not sure if it’s an error but it shows washing machine in listed amenities of flat). Overall great stay and very nice flat!

Awesome apartment

Nice apartment with a good location. Please note that there are no facilities for drying ski equipment, such as gloves and boots, in the apartment. There is also no dishwasher available. One of the bedrooms does not have a door or a window, which results in poor air circulation.

Elias is a professional, he manages a lot of Airbnbs and many of the messages he sends are automatic messages but nonetheless, if you need help with anything he himself will answer and help you with your situation as soon as possible. If I go back to Stockholm i would definitely go there again. Amazing location

A pleasant stay

An apartment in the old town, with a supermarket, cafes, and tourist attractions. It is comfortable for a family with two children. It has all the amenities, especially the kitchen is practical and has everything you need. You can access the tourist spots on foot. It is true that the toilet drain smells a bit, but the smell does not carry over into the rooms. The shower is enough for two people and recharges quickly after half an hour. In short, it is an excellent place to get to know Stockholm.

The three of us took a city trip to Stockholm. The accommodation was excellent.Various public transportation options were within walking distance.Shops were also nearby.Everything you would need was available.It was an excellent stay.

Too bad about the ventilation/kitchen fan, otherwise everything was perfect 😃

The accommodation is clean and located in a nice area – we quickly reached everywhere by metro. Olof was easy to reach and we had no difficulties.You could hear the cars on the street since the roads were sprinkled with gravel at this time of year, but otherwise it is quiet.

Cozy and clean accommodation with a great view and wonderful amenities such as a sauna and hot tub. The location is excellent, with convenient access to both the slopes and the town center. The host is very helpful and accommodating.

Very central location. Nice apartment.

The accommodation was nice with a good view; however, it was not the apartment we expected, as the images in the advertisement did not fully match reality (although mentioned in the ad, we found it rather underwhelming). The apartment was not as clean as anticipated – there were stains on the kitchen counter and some debris left in the drawers. It was also stated that the apartment would be fully equipped, but we were missing a toaster, and the kitchen felt a bit sparse in terms of porcelain. Another important feature that was missing was a drying cabinet.

I only stayed one night at Tott, such a simple place to stay when you're going skiing for two days. I wish there had been a bit more hassle-free parking.

The accommodation is very well located, cozy, and completely in line with the description.well equipped and clean. We will happily return to Fredrik.
