I had a really lovely stay here on my solo trip to Stockholm! Unfortunately, the apartment hadn’t been cleaned when I arrived. It took a little while to reach someone who could help, but I did get assistance in the end—and once the cleaner had been there, everything was properly cleaned.Andreas apologized and offered me a late check-out as compensation. The apartment is cozy and has a beautiful view. I felt safe and had a very pleasant visit. I’d gladly stay here again.

Easy check-in and check-out. Nice and tidy. A short walk to public transport. Good parking options in the area.

The studio was very tastefully decorated and fully equipped, so we didn’t miss anything. Communication with Andreas was excellent—he replied quickly and was always friendly and helpful, with plenty of useful tips. There were good restaurants and bistros nearby, which we really liked. At night, I personally found the street noise a bit bothersome, so sleeping with the window open wasn’t ideal for me. We stayed there as a couple, and it didn’t bother the other person at all, so I think it was just a personal sensitivity. With the window closed, it was noticeably quieter.We thought the value for money was very good, and overall we can definitely recommend a stay at the Smart Studio.

Nice apartment with nice views and nice host. Only thing that wasn’t super nice was a couple of silverfishes crawling around.

I booked the accommodation for four nights and overall I was very satisfied. The place was small, but perfectly adequate for what I needed. It’s worth noting that it can be quite noisy until late in the evening and again in the morning from around 6:30, as the accommodation is located between two restaurants/bars. On the plus side, this also means that as soon as you step out the front door, you’re right in the middle of everything. The accommodation itself was clean and in good order. One small improvement would be to replace the silicone seals in the bathroom—especially in the shower—as there were quite a few mould spots there.The location in the old town was great, and you could reach and see a lot on foot. I definitely recommend taking a stroll through the old town and the surrounding streets around 6–7 pm, as it becomes noticeably quieter then.
