The accommodation is in a great location and offers excellent value for money by Stockholm standards. Many thanks for mentioning the “construction work” – that was very helpful! There’s no construction at the weekend, but there is during weekdays. It’s perfect for anyone who just needs a place to sleep. With the coded entry you don’t have to meet anyone in person.

Södermalm, Stockholm – about location and comfort

Great stay in a wonderful apartment. Perfect location with a bus to the city center right on the same street. The apartment was very well equipped with kitchenware and bed linen. Very clean. Check-in was very easy and we were given all the necessary information to enter using codes. No issues during our stay. The only disturbance was construction noise early in the morning, but it wasn’t unbearable.

During our stay in Sweden, we visited several cities and stayed in few different hotels/apartments. Yet this was definitely the best one. Amazing views, nice furniture. Really comfortable. The ferry arriving almost right outside the building takes you to the city center in 10-15 minutes. We are really happy with our stay and highly recommend this apartament

The best thing is that you don’t have to go through reception or rely on anyone to access the apartment, since everything is automated. Plus, it’s very well furnished and extremely comfortable.

The apartment was excellent - exactly as shown in the photos. It is very clean, comfortable, and equipped with everything needed for a pleasant stay. The location is perfect, with easy access to attractions, restaurants, and public transport. I highly recommend this place and would definitely stay here again.
