Everything was great, the only issue was that the rooms felt a bit chilly, even with the heating turned on.

Fantastic accommodation right next to the lift and close to Åre village, with a wonderful view.

Very cozy apartment in Scandinavian style with everything you need and a lovely view of the slopes and the Åre cable car. Comfortable bed, pleasantly warm and practical inside. There is ski-out to a surface lift that runs even in bad (windy) weather, and we thought the runs by Tott were the best. Just remember to keep the ventilation on to avoid accidentally triggering the smoke alarm – someone in the building did so in the middle of the night and once in the evening, which brought the fire brigade and led to an evacuation on two occasions during our four-day stay 😅

Amazing location with a cosy apartment!

Nice and pleasant accommodation with clear instructions from the host.

The apartment was in a good location to public transportation and walkable to many things so it was easy to get around. Entrance via parakey worked great. There was a washing machine but no dryer though clothes dried overnight just fine on hangers. The only bad thing was a sewer-type smell coming from what we assumed was bathroom drain that would go away when running shower water but would come back when water not running. Overall it was a pleasant stay.

Very pleasant stay. The location was superb, close to everything. We also appreciated the little funicular that made getting up and down even smoother. The apartments were fresh and well-maintained. It was great to have the newly opened Zoft restaurant. Everyone was extremely friendly and helpful.

Kim was very responsive and check-in instructions were clear. The location was perfect—just 150 meters from the VM8 lift (the main cable car). The kitchen had everything we needed and more, the décor is modern, and everything works perfectly. The soundproofing—windows, door, walls—is excellent, and it was nice and warm. Highly recommended!

Great, everything’s just as it should be.

The accommodation is fantastic, especially the view, which is magical. It was very clean and well organized when we arrived. It’s close to the lifts and restaurants and just a short walk down to the village. The building includes Zoft, which offers nice, friendly service. There are a few kitchen items that could be improved, but overall it’s fine.

Very nice accommodation, close to everything.

Great location directly in Södermalm. When we had trouble opening the door, the host answered immediately and it was resolved within 1 minute. Note you’ll need a phone to unlock doors. The apartment was very nice and clean. We didn’t read thoroughly so please be aware that there are no door on the bedroom and the living room which means that you can look directly from bed to living room couch. Perfect if you’re a couple. If you’re a light sleeper you might have trouble with a very noisy vent by the bedroom doorframe. Again, no doors to keep the noise away. Other than that, everything was perfect.
